We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel in Bad Ischl. The location couldn't have been better, right in the center of town. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family of four. We especially loved the sky lounge facilities, which were modern and well-maintained. The highlight of our stay was definitely the food. The breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner were all top-notch, with excellent ingredients and culinary art. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the meals and the talented chef behind them. The service at dinner was also exceptional, making our dining experience even more enjoyable.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Bad Ischl. The location, amenities, and quality of service are all excellent.

Convenient location, great spa and breakfast
The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, which made it easy for me to get around during my business trip. The spa was definitely a highlight of my stay, with a great selection of pools and hot tubs to relax in. The breakfast selection was also impressive, with a wide variety of options to choose from and everything was fresh and delicious.
For the price I paid, I expected a larger room that was more comfortable. Unfortunately, my room felt cramped and outdated with old furniture and minimal bathroom amenities. I also was disappointed with the small portion sizes at dinner and the overall quality of the food. while I enjoyed some aspects of my stay, I don't think it was worth the price I paid.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The location was very convenient as it was just outside the train station and by the river in the center of the city. I enjoyed going to the attached spa and the water flowing pool was very amusing. The breakfast was also very good and the staff was friendly and helpful.
There was nothing I didn't like.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. the rooms were luxurious and spotless, with breathtaking views from the balcony. the spa facilities were top, notch, and we enjoyed the saltwater pools and saunas immensely. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the all, day access pass to the spa was a great bonus. We particularly loved the delicious food, especially the breakfast buffet which had a great variety of options to choose from. Plus, the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the nearby town and attractions.
The Wi, Fi connection in our room was spotty and unreliable. This was a bit disappointing as we were looking forward to staying in touch with family and friends back home.
